340i wheel recommendations

Hello!

I own a 2016 340i RWD. I’ve been looking at wheels, not totally sure as to where to look. Looking for a set up around 300 a wheel. Any good recommendations? Any pictures with suspension? I have H&R sport springs I’m gonna throw on. I’ve been looking at possible options….

Apex ARC 8
ESR sr05
Kansei KNP
Rotiform RSE
BBS XR

Also not sure about specs. 19? What offset also. Sorry I’m new to this.

I would check out the fitment guides for the F30 on Apex's website to give you a better idea on wheel specs.

I recommend 9" wide wheels with +30 offset for the front, and either 9.5" wide with +35 or 10" wide with +40 for the rear. 18" or 19" is completely your preference, I've had both on my 340ix and prefer the 18s.

No rubbing with either? I don’t wanna go too wide, but I think I want to run 245 in the front and 275 in the rear with little to no stretch.

I was on 19x9 +29 235/40 front and 19x10 +40 265/35 rear, zero rubbing and fitment was flush. I've seen people run 245/35 front and 275/35 rear on the same setup with no rub either as well. Here's a picture of my setup:

WOW. That is insane. If i run 18x9.5, would 22 offset be too much?

those specs will poke out about a half inch more than the wheels I have pictured. They will clear suspension components but will probably need a decent amount of camber to tuck into the fender. I would try to find somebody that has run similar specs and see what suspension modifications they had to do.

Yea I have no idea. I'll be lowering the car, but the Kansei wheels only come with 22 offset. Pain in the butt.

This article below can be helpful to explain offset. Remember that the higher the number the further that the wheel goes into the wheel well. A lower offset means that the wheel pokes out more from the wheel well. A typical stock square setup on an F30 is 18"x 8.0" ET34.
