oils like amsoil or redline atf d6+ will be suitable for an 8 speed automatic in f30 with a stage 3 gearbox?

Only use ZF OEM fluids. Trust.

No additives required, just use genuine fluids.

do you think that with engine oil also fly in oem?

OEM oil is fine. There are plenty of others you can use. I personally use MOTUL 5W30.
