Possible OTD price?

I'm looking at a 335i loaded with accessories( m exhuast, black kidney grill, painted front lip, spoiler) the MSRP Price $59,758 total. Sales agent showed me the price they got it for which is 55k. Is it possible to negotiate it for 59k out the door after tax, etc...?

I'm assuming it's MY13?

Yes, it's possible, even for less. I don't think he showed you everything

Buying or leasing?

There is way too much going on for 2013s that can save you several thousand bucks. Tell us the full story, find out if you do not know, and we can all try here to make sure you walk out with a great deal.

Finance if you like, you get the BMWFS $2000 incentive on 2013s.

What is the actual invoice on that car? It may or may not be $55k.

If you like the car buy it, if you want the best deal - get all of the numbers. Or, simply, you can make an offer and see if it works

So there's a 2013 loaded 335i selling for 62k MSRP. Since it's a MY2013. How far can I go below the invoice?

Looks like you need to do a lot of homework the way you are approaching your car buying.

Sorry to say this, do not be offended. We just want you to get a good deal.

Do you understand the complete lease process and number computation?
Are you aware of the current incentives for September for MY2013? ($2000 off a 3 series).

I am still going to take a quick shot at answering your question.

Ideally you are looking at $2000 below invoice or $3000 below invoice (if you have $1000 Ultimate Drive Event - UDE credit also).

But say you leave about $200 for the dealer on the MY2013 as profit, you should look at $1800-$2800 below invoice based on if you have UDE credit or not.

Make sure you get the buy rate on the money factor. And double check the residual. Also, do not roll the BMWFS acquisition fee ($725) into the lease. Just pay that up front and you will save paying interest on it. Do not put any money down on a lease unless you are doing MSDs. Then see how the monthly payment computes in your own excel sheet or calculator.

Let us know how that looks. Find out the precise Invoice price first, the dealer should be able to tell you that. Invoice price is all you need, rest is available on the forum and based on which state your are in, someone will be able to give you a ballpark monthly payment figure with $0 down.
