Negotiation question on 2016

Hey all,

I’m looking at at couple 2016 335xi GT’s. They are all listed between $50-54K. Low KM’s, and pretty well fully loaded. I’m just wondering if it’s me or not, but doesn’t that seem high for a 2016 MY?

The average black book selling price (which I take with a grain of salt) is around 39-40K.

It's 3 yrs old car, therefore, you can take the 2016 optioned out MSRP when car was new and applied approx. 55 - 60% and you will get the approx. fair value that you should be paying, anything more would be overpriced unless the car come with factory extended warranty
