m adaptive + H&R = almost like stock

can't complaint on the price and quality. Just wished someone would make a lower rear sway bar still to eliminate some body roll.

It's beyond me why so many here change the springs without changing dampers.

this is a terrible picture, Ill get a nicer one once Im out of bed LOL. But I have it lowered on h&r super sports, rear has virtually no gap, and front has a little gap. Im running the stock 17s also. Springs have settled in.

Do aftermarket springs affect body roll at all? I'm getting annoyed by all of the body roll. I was looking at pics of my autocross day, the car was leaning so much!

Before suggesting coilovers, I have the M Adaptive suspension, so I don't want to lose that

Yes, they help, not as much as swaybars which have not been released yet. They will work fine with your DHP.

So probably just best to wait for a swaybar?

Depends on your goals.

Springs look good as they reduce wheel gap, increased steering feedback/heft a bit, and do help a bit in handling. So for $500-700 parts and labor, that is worth it to me, your call.

I know the springs will work well when the rear swaybar is finally released.

If I was going to pay that labor, H&R Sports are the way to go. There is no downside, I even had 3 people in the back this week, no rubbing, no scraping, and the MSport front bumper has not been getting abused.

it's my first time lowering a car so I have a bit of concern regarding running on aftermarket springs. Are you running the hr sport springs on stock shocks/struts?

Do any of the lowering spring companies like HR or Eibach make bump stops as well? From what I've been reading, in order to save your shocks from dying over a period of time, you need to pair them with bump stops?

Umm no.

There are plenty of people with H&R Sports and stock struts, no one is reporting problems.

some of the 335ers are reporting bouncy ness though ( my guess due to the extra weight). I wouldn't call it a no brainer if you're in a 335.

I wonder if the H&R sport is still lower and rides the same than M sport suspension.

Nope, not once.

Not with Sports. Maybe with Super Sports.
