Having more negative camber from stock (option 2) would help much more than just running with wider tires(option 3). I would stick with no spacer, replace the rear tires, run -2/-2.5 camber on a 255 square setup. Some better pads and rotors over stock to decrease braking zones when coming into corners.

RS4 is a good lapping tire...
you can comfortable run -2.5 to -3 degrees of camber up front with a 265 square setup. -3 will be tough on the street for tire wear unless you can do your own alignment on the front at the track and set it back for the trip home (this will require a will to learn and some toe plates). you'll need a minimum 10mm spacer upfront to make it work. I run a 15mm upfront and at max negative camber (-3 degrees), i am almost inline with the fender...zer0 rubbing but I'm on stiffer springs and bigger sway bar. a 265 et35 setup in the back will easily fit with no spacers. you might need a bit of camber in the back. I run -2.3 and it might be a bit much for the rear... if you run xdrive on track, i advise you to stick to a square setup. if you plan on running xdelete on track then you can go staggered.
