F36 launch control won't rev past 2 rpms

I was having fun launching my car, and I guess I did something wrong on my last launch because now it will not rev up past 2 rpms. On that launch my car made a really weird loud thump where the whole car shook. Everything seems perfect though as far as driving it normally. but now when I put the car in launch control it will not build up rpms past 2 maybe 2.5 rpms. So the launch is very soft and not like usual. Anyone know what's the cause of this ? No check engine lights no nothing car drives exactly the same just seems really reduced in power on the launches.

It seems fine at first glance. I moved it by hand and it seems to be solid, I've had it off now for hours and just turned it back on tried to launch it again and it goes consistently up to 2.5rpms, launches are harder but it doesn't reach 3 rpms like before. so weird
