Have you figured out what you are going for? I am in the same boat as you although I am thinking of getting rid of JB4 and doing a ECU tune first and then turbos...
Chop up the JB4 and use it for a stand-alone WMI

I got 335i PWG with upgraded downpipe, FMIC, high flow intake (MST), and BM3 st2.

a. Can I stick a PS2 without upgrading the fuel system? Or is it recommended that I upgrade the fuel system too? What is the minimum upgrade?

b. it will potentially be un-economical for me to send back the turbo core given the shipping distance to the US. How to tackle this issue? Do I just pay additional $500 instead?

c. Does the Black Friday 15% discount apply to the entirety of the package chosen or just the turbo? I definitely get the high flow inlet.

d. what is the difference between F30 high flow inlet Option 1 and 2?

e. I guess I'll upgrade to BM3 St2H. Or is it recommended to get a custom tune?
Avoid buying anything but a Pure Turbos Inlet Pipe. The original silver model is a half pipe. You'll need to cut your original plastic pipe and use the one end with a provided sleeve. Great instructions and simple to do but obviously not as clean as using the newer full length black pipe. The latest full length black pipe that Pure Turbos is shipping is a new revision that now contains a bracket and bolt hole in the factory location. Earlier models had none.

Other manufacturers make an aluminum inlet pipe but there was literally a loss in translation with Asian manufacturers. They must have assumed that there was a breakage issue like with the charge pipe so they literally copied the stock plastic pipe in metal. So they also copied the stock pipe's air constriction point! Only the Pure Turbos Inlet Pipe provides a potential 42% airflow gain. Competitive inlet pipes have the same airflow as the stock pipe. See photos.

Hope this helps!

I got Option 2, which is the more expensive option. I hope that's the inlet pipe in your lower picture...

btw anyone knows the average 1/4 mile time difference between the N55 x drive and s drive? same mods...my best was a 12.84 dragy (ambient temp 26.5c / 79.7 f) yeah it's pretty hot down here...

Anybody knows any recommended tuner on BM3 platform to build a custom map for a PS2 + XDI-35 install? By good I mean communicative and awesome to chat (apart from good custom map of course), I've heard Halim and Active Autowerke...
