I didn't code the car yet, I will try to do it tonight.
Keep us posted, want to see if possible to upgrade my car from xenon to full LED (f80) m3

Thanks!

I am missing latest software that I am downloading now. That prevents me from coding

Definitely you can upgrade your F80 xenon to full LED, however you will need F32 headlights, not F30.

Shows a replaceable bulb for the turn signal, it also says 7W which isn't enough for a halogen bulb in this situation, are the rear turn signal LEDs replaceable?

Great thread - watching closely.

I have standard xenon (definitely not adaptive - non USA) and would upgrade if I could get adaptive LED working.

Probably too expensive unless I rear end someone

- Which is unlikely with collision avoidance!

The price for the upgrade is nearly the difference to trade in for a new model

Do dealerships do retrofits?

I might be answering my own question because it sounds slightly ridiculous..

But if a 2016 3 Series has the LEDs will a dealership install them in my 2015 once the part becomes available?

Not sure if there is any precedent for that in previous models. This is my first BMW so just learning the ropes. Thanks everyone.

So can the common man retrofit these headlights? Was there a custom wiring harness you had to make?

I wonder if IND & Alex@Alpine can put something together like they did with the LED Tails.

Yes, common man can retrofit adaptive LED headlights, however is it not as simple as retrofit of the tailights. If you need custom front wiring harness I can make one for you.

Mine is done by Max and it is the 2nd car he did. The rear lights are awesome.
The best part is the signal light extending longer for better visibility and how everything is now brighter. One of the best mods for pre LCI F30 IMHO.

Did you get the harness as well ?
Since you are in Sydney and RHD, would the LHD headlights work for you?

Unfortunately no Max mentioned the LHD headlights wouldn't work. I guess, I'll need to start saving for those
