2019-1 BMW Map Update Torrent Files
Was looking to update my maps today and had to waste a bunch of time messing around with mega.nz and trying to find the torrent so I decided to spend a little more time and compile as many of the map downloads as I could find(in torrent form) - so other people could save THEIR time.
The attached file has torrent download files for the following map versions: Road Map North America PREMIUM 2019 Europe Move 2018-2 Road Map Europe East MOTION 2019-1 Road Map Europe East PREMIUM USB 2019-1 Road Map Europe Next 2019-1 Road Map Europe West MOTION 2019-1 Road Map Europe West PREMIUM USB 2019-1 Road Map North America MOVE 2019 Road Map North America NEXT 2019-1 |

Depends on what maps you have in your car already.

I am looking for Road Map Europe Next 2019-1. Does your torrent have the official release for Europe Next or it is a beta version? I just want to be sure as many people have complained about beta version not working properly for them |

Hey guys. Does anyone know if there is a BMW map region containing countries like Armenia and Georgia?
Update: I know - no there isn't. Last edited by vahan3x; 02-25-2021 at 02:45 PM.. |

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate you and the time you took to help out! Thank you. I'd like to help out in any way I can as well...
As long as you have a 32 GB USB drive or more, you should be good. The first thing is that you have to format your drive as FAT32. Make sure the file system is set to FAT32 or else your BMW's iDrive system won't recognize it. Google a video on how to do that if you don't know how to format a drive. Next, you need to find or calculate the FSC code. The FSC code is the activation key that you need to have on hand before installation. If you updated your BMW's iDrive navigation unit in the past and used a "lifetime" FSC code, you can omit this step. Otherwise, go on Google to find out how to obtain your FSC code. You will also need to know the difference between Premium, NEXT, NBT, etc. Oh and once you get your code...just check "lifetime" in the software tool and use that code....that way you won't have to ever enter another FSC code again. Once you get your FSC code, download the navigation update files that jakkuh was kind to provide to us and copy the config file and the entire pkg folder to the root of the USB drive. The "root" is basically the top-most folder of the drive. Plug the drive into your USB slot in the glove box, not the armrest console. Turn the electronics on the car (engine doesn't need to be on) and give the iDrive system a bit to recognize the USB drive...because it will automatically prompt you with a message asking if you want to update it. Once it's updating, let it do it's thing. If the car shuts off while you're gone...it's ok, you do NOT have to start all over. It just picks up where it last left off -you will notice this because once it picks up from where it was last left off at, the progress bar and percentage will skyrocket to where it will resume. Once it's done...the iDrive system will auto-restart and you will no longer have to resort to ancient cartography...because now you have the 2019 map data!!! |

Depending on the type of iDrive system in your car, you will need Europe Next or Europe West Premium/Motion Maps.
To check which maps you need, go to navigation in your car and press options button. From there get the version number at the end of the list of options. On my BMW X3 I had Europe Next 2016-1 so I downloaded Europe Next 2019-1. I hope it helps. |

Help!
Hello,
I am new here and also a new bimmer owner. I did read-out the navigation map version as: Europe BMW Group 101143.3.411 Road Map EUROPE Route 2015-2 I do have the original FSC. My question is can I easily update my navigation (map) from Route to Premium/Motion/Next if those are better? Do versions of the map differ from model to model (I have F45 from end of 2014)? Should I just purchase/find the latest Europe map of the type I can use and use my original FSC or I need to generate a new one as well? What about iDrive version (can I update it)? I did update the Software from: MV-130.018.003 TV-130.018.003 to the latest official: TV 130.025.041 HV 130.025.041 but media stayed the same: MV-130.018.003 Maybe the questions are silly but I couldn't find the answers to those easily on the forum. Thank you in advance, Filip Last edited by filip.zlatanovic; 06-14-2019 at 02:35 AM.. Reason: update |

Hi all.
I'm having difficulty getting my Business sat nav updated. My current details are: CEC 101094018.0.11 Europe MOTION 2011 Basically never updated. I've download the "Europe West Motion" torrent, followed the instructions, and the car does prompt me to update the maps as it should. However when I entered my FSC code it does nothing, no prompt to say it's wrong, and no update commences. My questions are: 1. As my current map is "Europe" (not "Europe West"), do I need to find a download for "Europe", if this exists, or is "Europe West" simply what it is called now? 2. I purchased the FSC code from an eBay seller by providing my VIN and map details - although he has many happy customers, is it possible for him to have created an accurate FSC code with just these details? Is the code not working because my maps version doesn't match exactly (as per point 1)? I can get a refund if required. I did try generating a 1B file via the USB, but I've read that this method does not work with Business sat navs (and it didn't). Any advice would be welcome, thanks. |
