BMW Online & ConnectedDrive not working
I've a 2014 F30 with NBT system. When clicking on BMW Online through Connected Drive, it does not start and Visit Store is not working either. I got a message 'Unable to display start page. Please correct spelling or change start page.' This did not happen before and I still can send destination via BMW Connect app to the car so it may be not the connection issue. Anyone see this before or know what to do?

Just a small thought, I recently had this same issue, my problem was that the subscription service was up, renewing the subscription seemed to solve the issue. Keep in mind that was my problem, yours might be a hardware issue.

Interestingly, my subscription is until 2023 and now I still can send address and use other functions on the connect app, and the RTTI is working too. It seems the only issue is that I cannot open the BMWOnline from Idrive.
