Low pitch horn sound, what is going on.
I posted this video before which was hard to capture because this rarely happens but when it does make the sound, it is louder at low speed usually in traffic or at a light. Sound goes away as soon as I tap on the brake. Sound sorta changes when I turn my steering wheel. Sounds like my car is passing gas.
I eventually put the camera out the window to capture the sound better. |

Dude, did you check your brakes? Sounds like something rubbing at the same speed as your wheels. Did you recently get any brake work done? Maybe a loose brake pad or caliper or something which is why it goes away when you tap the brakes. Check to see if you still have all your brake clips and they're installed correctly. Also check to see if you're very low on any of your brake pads.

Almost sounds as if the caliper is just barely rubbing/hitting inside of wheel
Check the inside barrels of all the wheels to see if there are any marks/gouges & calipers for grinding marks

Sounds more like a French Horn to me. It's probably in the brakes, since it goes away when you apply them. Since the pitch doesn't change with speed it would probably be coming from a stationary source, not one that's moving.
