Yes, they can. Either use staggered tires with a similar overall diameter, or install the same size tire all around. The stagger is only a half an inch and will work fine on awd. Let me know if I can answer anymore questions, I've done both setups before on my Infiniti.

Stagger: 225/40R19 front and 255/35R19 rear OR 235/40R19 front and 265/35R19 rear

Square: 225/40R19 or 235/40R19 or really any size
