Will MSL Thermostat fail Smog?

As the title suggests, will a Mosselman Thermostat fail smog? Aside from having that, I have a EW fmic and cp from mike, and I need smog done soon. So I was wondering whether it will fail the visual smog.

Is it California approved? If so it should be no problem. Get a copy of the certification just in case.

Update:

I went to the smog shop and decided to just go with it. I went mhd stock tune and drove 80~ miles, then checked dme codes and made sure most of the were completed, I currently have a MSL thermostat, ER FMIC & CP.

First shop I went to declined it as he stated that the diagnostic wasnt reading the car and told me to leave

Second shop, took 20 mins then told me that my car passed.
