Best HID bulb for F32?
Hey guys,
I'm looking to upgrade my stock HID bulbs (around 4200K from factory I think) to something closer in colour to 5500-6000K. Is there any particular brand I should go with? I'm not looking some eBay specials or anything just not sure what price range I should be looking at. Cheers. |

Have a look at these -
https://www.osram.com/ecat/Xenon%20h...GPS01_1056949/ Blue boost give a nice white colour but technically off-road only. Expect to pay about £110 for a legit pair. Philips also do good ones, probably similar price range. Lots of fakes out there so if it's too good to be true price wise, probably a knock off |

I was asking this not long ago although I was wanting potency rather than colour; the Xenarc Lasers came out on top. Not sure what colour they come out as though.

I fitted the Osram Nightbreaker and to be honest whilst they're brighter [better range - now the lights were raised] they're not white in colour, closer to halogen.
But at least now I can see where I'm going... |

Had them on my, off-road, car since April '20 still going strong and none of my fellow off-road users have flashed me and I think they're a perfect shade of white. I was a bit worried I'd lose brightness but actually if you look at the data sheets all of their D1S bulbs are rated the same Lm, perhaps the yellower ones have a bit more of an angle because they aren't as blinding?
