Start up issues

2016 bmw 328i

The last couple of months i've been trying to track down as to why my car is having start up issues

Its very odd no CEL.

Sometimes it starts perfectly, sometimes it takes longer to start up and it'll restart my idrive, lastly sometimes it'll either not start or start with rough idle and bogging.

My battery reads as 12.8V idrive on
14.8-15V car on.

The only recent CEL months ago was a MAF which i cleaned and haven't gotten the code back. Any help would be great.
