Color Fade steering wheel repair

Hi Guys

my 2015 GT 320 leather steering wheel has slowly faded over the top half, may due to the sun or inappropriate use of the magic white, I was wondering if anyone has experience using the scratch doctor's leather touch up pen, getting professional fix is about $200 but the guy is hard to reach, I want to DIY first and see how it goes, much appreciated!

You might try asking this on the Australia regional forum:

There are detail or upholstery shops that can shoot new color onto the wheel. Leatherique & others offer black dye, cleaners, etc., for the do it yourselfer.

Good luck!

That's intended for filling scratches, to make them if not invisible at least less obvious. It's not for re-tinting a large section of leather, like a wheel cover.
