435XI slip on boost like crazy
Can you please check my log, when I'm trying to go from d2 gear to s2 and put gas pedal to floor it cuts off reaction on gas pedal then chokes to 4/5k rpm and then hit and switch to s3
I got custom tune and tuner made revision but did not fixed issue. It happens on any s and hard pull, jerks like crazy. N55 made for 600 WHP - wagner intercooler n55 - chargepipe custom - whole exhaust with sport cat - tmap sensor 3.5 - upgraded HPFP stage 2 Dorch engineering - Main Bearings crankshaft sport - big boost turbo - xhp stage 3 - Precision Raceworks Port Injection - PrecisionRaceworks Ignition Coils - injen intake - spool performance stage 3 lpfp There is no codes. Tried to same thing without xHP, same issue. Link to log : https://datazap.me/u/socialpatrickk/...wz75sCJhGIOCpc Also there is video I made yesterday, it's not so clear but you can notice the issue at the end of video.. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oJe...w?usp=drivesdk |

For transmission slip, you need a real scanner that can datalog the transmission. You want to graph the turbine speed sensor, against the output speed sensor. If it's slipping, you will see the relationship between these 2 does not stay the same. The turbine speed sensor should be spinning significantly faster than the output speed.
The DME will cut boost when there is a 50RPM difference between the 2. Fifty RPM. It's not a lot. You will need a scanner with good resolution to pick this up. |

When's the last time you serviced your transfer case?
I've heard and kind of experienced what felt like misfires but after doing research I learned that sometimes a transfer case with old fluid can cause a hesitancy/slip sensation. Some people can change the fluid and reset it with ISTA+. Just a thought, I could be way off base. |
