JB4 piggy back messing with Power and Sound Exhaust

Pre info:
2018 340i
Power and a Sound Package
JB4 piggy back tuner with blue tooth
VRSF downpipe
VRSF Charge pipe

I installed the JB4 back in February 2021, everything was going great running map 5 until mid May.

At first the sound of the exhausted seemed to be stuck in sport mode. Now it's stuck in comfort. If I turn the JB4 off (map 0) everything works just fine, but the second I turn on any map the exhaust goes into quiet mode.

I can drive down the highway in map 0 with the car in sport mode, loud as hell, pop it into map 5 and the car exhaust sounds like I'm in comfort mode again.

As far as I can tell everything else associated with sport mode aren't affected. Just the flanges in the exhaust.

Has anyone ever encounter this?

Honestly your best bet is to post on N54tech or directly email them for quicker support.

Check the Jb4 setting, you might have the valves set to close when the Jb4 is on

*SOLVED*

Turns out it's a setting you can only do in the car. You have to hold down the button on the end of the blinker for 3 seconds to scroll through

"Always Open" which blinks the left blinker
"Normal Operation" Which blinks both blinkers
"Always Closed" Which blinks the right blinker

Some how mine got set on Always open which was driving my wife nuts that the car was loud as hell in comfort mode.
