Help please suspension loose unstable

Hello you guys

So check this out I took my car to the BMW dealer to get it serviced for my rear wheel bearings

And front top hat for making noise

The car was at the dealer or 2 weeks

Today I go pick it up finally I start to drive home and the car has no sort of handling at all

Literally loose

like the car shifts side to side sooo Nasty to the point I almost lost control

like if it didn't have sway bars or shocks

Just on springs lol

Like really bad

Mest up thing is that the dealer closed once I took off so I couldn't go back

Luckily a friend of mine works there and he is telling me he can't see it intill Monday

What do you guys think it can be

If they did any tophat work they should have also done an alignment, but it sounds like they didn't. Knowing dealers they would have simply replaced the tophat which would require the entire suspension unit to come out. So alignment.

I found the problem

Rear passenger side wheel is completely loose

I don't think the bearing is on correctly

The wheel has way too much play

So the root cause might be the dealer not properly tightening the rear wheels? That's alarming to say the least.

Yeah

The axle nut was loose so there was a lot of play on the wheel
