I have the same exhaust on my f30 and it's a great sounding exhaust and fit is pretty good. It's also basically one of the only options for a proper catback for us xdrive owners.
GLWS it's definitely worth the price.

I agree, I paired it with an AR down pipe and it sounded great. Been sitting in my garage for past 3 years since I traded my f30 in and ready for a new owner.
