Then you just need to add the ceramic knobs for the radio and climate controller which is the hardest of all.

I am not even kidding my work weeks are AT LEAST 80 hours since i returned to LA but luckily I can make shipping work, the last unit was shipped out next day, I tried to do it same day but i was already at work and didnt get home until late AF.
