Glue stains on M-Performance shift facecover

Hi all,

With the cold weather lately here in Calgary, my M-performance plastic shift cover came off. I glued it back in, but despite how careful I was, I got 2 piece of skin/glue stains on the front of the cover.

Any ideas how to get these stains off? Old school WD-40?

...run a hair dryer over the area lightly, followed up with a damp warm cloth (microfiber)/tooth brush (soft), with baking soda & vinegar
