Uh what? You first need to confirm your local requirements to figure out how many monitors can be not ready (if any). Then from there figure out your solution. The easiest thing may be to just swap back in the OEM DP. You may or not may need to remove BM3, which you can easily do yourself, depending on your state/local requirements.

I'm posting on someone's else's behalf, of course.
I personally abide by all laws, rules and regulations. While this might not work for all. Those living in states that allow for 1 "not ready" sensor, it should. Unnamed person has a 340i with a B58, catless DP and BM3 tune. To pass IL emissions, person flashed the stock tune and left all settings at OEM, then in the DTC Deactivation area, entered the codes as pictured. Performed a drive cycle on the way to work and then again on the way to the emissions station. ODBII Scan tool was used prior to testing to confirm system was ready as it was gonna get. This resulted in a PASS with no CEL or codes thrown. Hope this helps some people that don't want to crawl under their car to reinstall their OEM DP just for emissions.

Inspection "Readiness" on custom flash possible?
I have a 2017 440i with an aftermarket catted (high flow) DP and Bootmod3. My mechanic says that there are no fault codes, but it says it is 'not ready'.
Inspection time is coming up.... I found this guide on how to do a drive cycle. Hope this will help. https://www.instructables.com/How-to...or-Smog-Check/ However, is it possilble to do a drive cycle and get it into a readiness state without flashing back to the stock map? (I had some problem getting the stock map loaded last time I tried). |

You didn’t specify which catted DP you have, as some of them will throw a CEL once you turn that option off in BM3, while some will not. |
