2 more questions. What intercooler are you using?
And how much PSI are you pushing in the 6000-7000range?
I am running the VSRF cooler now, as it was the largest I could possibly fit into that space.

Race or Competition? And how has the cooling been? Livability?

Assuming we're talking Dynojet numbers, I would question the claim that a 2014+ N55 (electronic wastegate) is making 255whp stock. I've seen plenty of Dynojets of 2014+ N55s showing ~280-290whp and 300-310wtq stock. The automatics make fractionally less and the xdrives, a bit less than the RWD auto. The MPPK equipped 2014+ N55s, including the M235, routinely make 300-310whp and 320-330wtq stock on the Dynojet. A stock N55 M2 makes around 330whp/360wtq on the Dynojet. Needless to say, the 2014+ N55s are grossly underrated powerwise. For example, the M235 is rated at 320hp/330tq but really makes closer to 365hp/390tq stock.

The only N55s I've seen making 255whp are the pre-2014 pnematic wastegate models which also have smaller turbos.

Oh yeah.. totally get it plus BMW tends to round down on their numbers as well. For stock, I went with their published info, then estimates of 15% (MT), 19% (AT) and 25% (AWD) losses to the rear wheels, which also can be plus or minus a bit.

Its always a SWAG at best.
