Recommended Spare tire for 2016 Gran Coupe
Hello. New here. I tried searching the threads. I have the 2016 Gran Coupe. time for new rubber. I want to ditch run flats. We're planning to drive a LONG 15 hour road trip next week. I need info on a reasonably priced spare tire. I have the 225/45/18 factory size. BMW recommends the 135/80/17 spare. What I found in bimmer zone is too expensive- I can get a set for that. Anyway, I found a few used 135/80/17 online. Most say they were in a 5 series. Would this fit? No M sport brakes. Thanks for the advice

Spare tire from 5 series e60/e61 would fit. For front you would need 15mm Hub Centric Wheel Spacer and longer bolts.
F36 alloy rim 4X17 ET:5 (rim p/n: 36116796144, wheel p/n: 36112182461). E60 steel rim 4X17 ET:18 (rim p/n: 36116796144, wheel p/n: 36112182461). car-parts.com good source to get used F36 spare or E60 spare. https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=911455 |
