Replacement wing mirror glass

Managed to crack the wing mirror glass when trying to remove it from the housing in order to take off and wrap the Wing mirror caps.
Anyone had any experience buying aftermarket replacement mirrors?Seems to be a lot of [cheap] choices out there but worry why they are so cheap compared to OEM.How bad can they be,surely it’s just a mirror?

Managed to crack mine when replacing the wing mirror caps - paid £12.99 for an aftermarket one and there is slightly less movement to adjust it, but for me it does the job. Happy to send you the link in the morning

You are welcome...I did one side correctly with no issues, then cracked the drivers side and pretty much then tore it to shreds! Tough job to do and one mistake.
