BMW OEM Tools?

As I am planning my DIY projects, I am reading lots of tutorials and info from parts places. I see many references to recommended tools, with numbering schemes such as

2 355 966

Where can I find these tools to buy them? Does Snap-on sell these things, or is it BMW specialty?

And yes, I know a lot of things can be improvised, but I much prefer using the actual tools.

Tischer BMW has most of these.
