335d Intercooler

Hello people,
Maybe personal preferences but what's the Fellini's on an uprated larger Intercooler for the F30 335d. Regards

luke1990 likes the ATM intercooler with his 435d.

Without, it was also quite similiar around 5s z 5.4-5.5 (if I recall correctly) of CSF.

So yes, ATM is by far better than CSF in my experience. Even the guy who swapped it in shop and drove it with me said there was a "huge turbo hole" down low. On the other hand - when I talked with Imran from Evolve, he said CSF always makes cars faster. Maybe I got a bad unit or something - I guess I will never know .
The thing with diesels and intercoolers is to make sure you don't go too large or restrictive because you'll create significant turbo lag making daily driving annoying and hurting acceleration times. This was my experience and luke1990's.

If you aren't tracking the car or trying to go for the max power gains with a tune, then any of the cheaper and smaller ICs (like Wagner EVO I and its copies/derivatives) will work too.

If you're looking for the ATM, then purchasing direct from them is what I'd do (at www.atmspeedshop.com, can also use code "BIMMERFEST10OFF" for 10% off). For any others, I don't know who'd be a good UK vendor.
