The first time I ran stg1 at this track I spun quite a bit but quickly realized the track was prepped much better this time to I removed all reduction on the following runs. All in all, I'd call it a success. STG1, 93 oct my best was a 13.56. May have done even better if I could get the 60 down to a 1.8 but couldn't quite get there.

Yoyo where in Bradenton do you live?? I lived there for 33 years and just recently moved to Texas.

Manatee avenue still a fuckin parking lot during snowbird season?

Did they ever finish the roundabout by University parkway at the mall?

Did they finish the bridge from upper manatee river Rd?

Sorry for off topic stuff...

Hmm we adding B48 to this or separate trend? Does Dragy count or only time slips? Seeing that the both are very accurate.

I'm definitely wanting to stick with only time slips. However, let's hear from some others on the B48 thing... what do you guys think. N2x only or should we add B4x?

I agree with the time slip requirement. Its really the only way to keep an even playing field.

I think opening it up to all modern BMW 4 cylinder petrol engines wouldn't be a bad idea...

Still waiting for a B48 to prove itself (compared to our beloved N20).

Fine with me. I'm happy to tentatively open the board to B4x engines from now on, so long as no one comes up with a compelling argument against doing so.

So, let's see it B4x guys!

Drivetrain: 8AT RWD

Time: 13.382s (13.382 on track which was not properly prepped as it was a street car shootout event, during day about 32C ambient temperatures, wheel spin 1,2,3 gears - fastest with dragy 13.03s)

MPH: 126.19 (Dragy was around 106mph so I believe there was an issue with the mph for the timing system.)

Tune: Bootmod3 91 octane stage 2 OTS map

Fuel: 91 Octane

Mods: ER catless downpipe, FTP charge pipe, FTP intake pipe, BMS intake, Snow Performance Stage 2.5 kit - WMI (not tuned for methanol), 19" m437 rims from M3 using Michelin Pilot super sport (275/35/19 rear, 225/35/19 front), Tire Pressure was 32psi cold.

Dyno: 350whp, 441wft-lbs. (stock was 268whp, 318wft-lbs)

I tested dragy and both time-slip, see also attached pretty accurate with dragy being 0.101s more. Dragy was 13.58s while time-slip was 13.481s.

That’s very slow for 350 whp! Also trap speeds are too low for that kind of power...

Note my car is extremely heavy compared all other cars.
Power to weight ratio is a killer.
My trunk is filled with batteries and also have electric motor.

Board is updated! Thanks for the detailed entry. Let me know if anything is incorrect. I didn't include the WMI in the mods section because it sounded like you weren't spraying during the run, but if you were let me know and I'll add it in.

2.03 isn't exactly a low 60'. My best is 1.92 and I feel that's still just so-so. I'd like to see low 1.80's but that probably won't happen on MPS4S.

I've managed to get 1.82 a few times. xDrive and 245 wide MPS4S all around. I'm consistently below 1.9 with that setup.

Stock height, 17” M system forged rims wrapped in Semi slicks Federal RSR RR. 2.0s is an average. Anything below 2.0 is good. I have yet to try a new set of Hoosiers. Im hoping too get 1.8 60ft which hopefully will put me in the really low 13’s.

Not to say 1.92 is good...but are you making that 60ft with an n20/b48 or a b58 like your signature would imply?

I've gotten into 1.8x territory a few times but my trans/engine isn't the healthiest. Assuming better circumstances, RWD N20 could pretty easily see a 1.7 60ft on e30-60 etc.
