I also check guibos/flex disks at dealer. They are ok...
After 5 months of service at BMW they can't fix it. They said something about calling someone from Germany, but that means at least 2 additional months.
Maybe the new software of the gearbox is not working ok with the ECU...
Did you check yours at a service ?
I did and they fobbed me off saying it was because of the forces in the gearbox and was normal... I'm not concerned to be honest with you.

The dealer I used at the time are total shit

But in my head it makes sense, engaging reverse, drive and then park while holding the car stationary on the handbrake is going to make some things move about within the gearbox, it's all solenoids and hydraulics which make the gears move around so I'd expect some movement, especially in an atypical gear selection. When going to a stop and then selecting park it doesnt do it but does when stationary and switching through the gears

I would also check the 2 flex disks (giubo), driveshaft, and even the rear differential.

I think you would get a lot more info if someone inspected with the panels off and felt for the shocks as it happens.
No it should not make shocks.

Ok. Also, I noticed that the car pushes BACK when shock occurs.

Exactly,, you should go and "sense" any clunking sensation by hand from under the car , check any thing that should be subjected to the force of moving the car back and forth,, place a metal rod on every thing that could move when the gearbox is engaged,, this should give u the sensation of the metal hitting God knows what , so u know what's wrong,, also check suspension parts , and suspension rubber/metal contact points,, as any worn rubber mounts could cause such sound
Some ppl use stethoscopes to search for such things
I highly doubt it has to do anything with the transmission
I know it's tiring to go through all this ,, hopefully u LL find it

I just replaced battery and the jolt is now completely gone.

I.also noticed before it was possible to replicate if I didn't have enough pressure on the brake pedal
