Mod Exhaust M Performance 428i N20

Good to all, it seems good to me to publish this since there are many people who like to have an exhaust that makes noise and in turn that can continue to use it daily without having to worry about the sound.

Here I put my modification of my MPE, I looked at the original diagrams and thus managed to carry out the modification of it.

I explain a little.

1st. With the original documentation of the MPE, I saw the inner labyrinth, and with a pipe drawn in red it is the section that I was going to do since I did not have it.

2º I wanted to be able to have comfort and in that way simply connecting the exhaust valve was enough to take a trip and take a home MPE.

3º I made those small openings in the tube that I installed to be able to get a little more sharp sound , not so drone and make it more sporty.

4º Finally, the last photo shows the complete Resusador Remus + MPE

For my taste it has been a masterpiece.: thumsup:

I hope you like it and can help many who want to make modifications and do not dare to make them because they do not know if it will not look good on them.

This works very well.:¡frio!:

PS: Do not leave the tube without perforations if Resonator is not carried since the internal Drone is excessive.

Does it have any other mods e.g downpipe. I have an MPE n20 428i. I did a res delete that's all so far.

How much time did the mod take you?. And noticable performance drop or increase.

It sounds good.

It's like the picture above. The circled part would have been a fat resonator that kills all the exhaust noise. However it's replaced by a simple straight pipe. Deeper tone to the car if you have an MPE backbox. Burbles a little louder but no gunshots.

The performance is not something that is notorious, since I carry Stock Downpipe, but the sound really becomes much more sporty when the valve is open

Time, the truth is about 6 hours, open it, place the tube and weld it, because the tube does not have a right angle, since it is displaced a few degrees down inside the camera
