Living up to the family wagon tag as you can see.

I've coded a couple of minor things but don't want to go ott so the dealer notices as it's got a couple of years warranty left and I can't be bother with arguing!

405m wheels are ready to go on for the winter and it's booked in the get the full ACS suspension treatment in a couple of weeks!
I'm just praying it's as big a difference as people say.
A 335d's fuel consumption is unbelievable for a 3L six cylinder twin turbo imo

Aye on balance I agree. It was just initially waaaaay lower than I was expecting. Although to be fair I was coming from a 2.0 tdi tiguan and a tdi vRS before that. It's just amazing how far it takes to get the average up after winding roads. And also how quickly it falls when you enjoy the twisty roads 😂

vRS could do just over 50mpg on a granny drive back and forward from work or just above 30 on a not so granny drive. Now just above 30 is the norm - although I've seen 42mpg twice on the 335 😂

Speaking of MPG, I just got back from a 938 mile round trip from Scotland. I will post some pictures of the MPG I got from the remarkable B58 powered 340i

Tinted lights

Hi all.

Massive lurker and very recently carried out a lot of aesthetic mods.

Give me your thoughts on my lights if you would?

Turned out slightly darker than I intended but the car looks proper “Stormtrooper” now

Still in a hire car at the moment, so this is more about the scene outside the Emley Moor TV tower just outside Huddersfield today. What a beast.

I like the Clark Kent approach of blanking out your number plate

I'd be interested to see pictures with how the lights look when they're on.

To me that looks lower than a standard x drive, guess you'll have to get the part number off a spring and have a look on https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select to find out.

Looks good though.

I was going to do this but decided against the diamond cut route as I run them all year round.
