Hi guys!

Just mounted 335i MPE on a 320i.

The installation:

- You need to extend the right exhaust mount with 2cm.
- You need an adapter (or make one yourself) between the mid pipe and the mpe rear box. The 320i's midpipe is 60mm, while the 335i has a 75mm midpipe.
- The 335i MPE exhaust has a flap mounted in the left outlet. The 320i doesnt have flap controls, so i just left it as it was. By default its open.
- You also need a new diffusor. I bought mine on ebay- the fitment was great.

Parts:

- BMW 335i MPE. (Part number: 18302354340)
- BMW 335i MPE exhaust tips.
- BMW M-performance diffusor. (I got a replica from ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/131355799779...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)

Review:

The exhaust is a tad bit louder in the cabin, you can notice the difference- without being too loud.

External its much louder than the original exhaust, also without being too loud. It crackles and pops- and makes a nice shift-sound when you flat the pedal with the sport automatic. It sings really nice in tunnels- and here you can really hear the difference! On idle its also a big difference.

For a daily driver, i think its perfect- and it looks awsome!

I read alot of reviews before pulling the trigger on this one. I come from a Porsche- and i hate exhaust droning. I also want the exhaust sound to be good, and not boomy like many aftermarked exhaust are.

Im really happy with this one, and can recommend this to others!

Thanks for giving this a try! By the way, could you please elaborate or explain more into details about: "You need to extend the right exhaust mount with 2cm." Other than that, this install seems pretty much plug and play correct? If you have pics underneath your MPE setup that would be great and please post if you do.
