Bov clamped closed help

Aight you guys looking for some help back story I have a 2014 with all supporting mods and a bb 3.4 kit. I had problems with the u pipe that came with the kit so went with the upgraded one. I now run a tial bov with vaccum lines going to the pipe itself and brake booster line and a connector the bov itself. Everything was running perfectly fine any time past 5 psi bov would let off and heat the whoosh tuning was getting dialed in and then my hpfp took a dive was sent a new one and disconnected the battery and completed the job of the new hpfp only line I disconnected was the bov connector and all wiring that had to be taken off for the intake manifold to be slid over to install pump boom goes perfect all put back together pump is working plug the battery back in go to make a pull and hmm now bov whoosh check the codes and now I've got a code for bov clamped closed. The car is still making boost and letting the boost off just no big whoosh noise I know some people get this code of the jump but their stuff still works any ideas I've replaced the solenoid that controls the whole thing I did a continuity check it works perfectly fine and it's getting power to it I replaced the solenoid but no luck any ideas or tips to help me out would be appreciated thanks.

Maybe take the bov off and disassemble, service, and reassemble.

May have something sticking on the inside.

That is what I was thinking next but wanted to know if anyone had anything else thanks for the suggestion. The thing that's crazy to me is was working perfectly fine before now it's clamped closed

Who knows what could have been bumped around with the hpfp work. I would bet that a good service will get it happy again.

Well guys tried to take it completely apart and tore everything down all I seen was a little mark on the o rings nothing crazy and still doesn't work or blow off as it once did any other suggestions? I've also replaced the whole solenoid that controls everything.

Is there a way for you to bench test it?

So only way I've seen is pulling vaccum on it and seeing if it holds pressure if not a seal is broken or incorrect going to try that when I get home. But when I took it apart I didn't see anything on the inside at all and when replacing the hpfp I didn't even touch that side of the engine bay to knock something into it.

I don't know if you need negative or positive pressure (or just a differential) for your BOV but you should be able to bench test it with the vacuum/pressure pumps harbor freight sells. Those have a gauge, so you would also know when it opens.

I know you said you replaced the solenoid. Have you confirmed its functioning right?

Only thing I did to confirm was test continuity when I originally tested both sides were testing the plugged in and both had continuity but when unplugged only each side of the pin talked to their respective side which made me think the solenoid was acting funny which is why i replaced.

Well vacuum test is done it does open and hold pressure will stay there all day open as soon as I disconnected it closed right back up.
