Hey guys,

I'm new to coding and I'm still trying to understand what features I'm able to enable/disable in my F30 2015.

The car's equipped with an HU_NBT but I don't have the Navigation option in the iDrive menu and it's also not available in bimmercode (not-expert mode).

Question:
Am I able to enable it in expert mode? If so, how?

I've been searching the forum but haven't really found anything that answers my doubts, so any reading/posts suggestions are appreciated!

What size has your display? 6,5“ or 8,8“?
If you have the small 6,5“ display and no navigation you don‘t have a HU_NBT.

I've got the 6.5" but Bimmertech's VIN decoder says the car's equipped with ENTRYNAV.
So, now I'm confused... which one is it?
Are you sure 6,5" can't be HU_NBT?

NBT is always the 8.8" screen and it won't work with the 6.5" so you cannot have NBT. It will almost certainly be HU_ENTRYNAV. Confusingly there are two versions of HU_ENTRYNAV, one with and one without navigation. Despite the name the HU itself does not have navigation or any means to enable it. The upside is that NBT is a pretty straightforward retrofit if you did want to go that route.

My late 2014 F30 originally had HU_ENTRYNAV without navigation and I just retrofitted NBT. My HU_ENTRYNAV's part number was 9139899 which of course comes under basic media without GPS.
