Shoe marks not coming off of interior door trim.
Any tips on how to scrub this out? I’ve tried plastic/vinyl cleaner, and dish soap as well. I think it’s marks from my girlfriend’s brand new white shoes.

Have you tried plastic trim restorer? You obviously need to clean as thoroughly as possible first.
Also ask your GF to be more careful That's not an unintentional one-time thing... it looks very systematic.

You can test a small area first but try a magic eraser with the interior cleaner. Try it on an inconspicuous spot first. It may dull some of the sheen.

La awesome or alcohol should take that right off. Luckily it’s on hard plastic so no worries about damage, unlik3 I& it were on leather,
