Window tint
I'm sure there's probably a ton of forms that asked about tint as well but the ones I checked out everyone was just saying do this or do that I was hoping maybe I can get a straight answer one what would look best possibly heres my car. Not sure what would look best 20, 25, or 30 probably would go 70 or so on the windshield.

Find out your local tint laws and go with that.
Your car is dark so I wouldn’t go to dark. To dark also makes it hard to see at night and using your mirrors for backing into parking stalls. |

True pretty sure the law is like 75% sadly although the officers in my area don't do to much about it unless you are doing something else that you shouldn't be.

The stock glass is 75%. Tint percentage is cumulative, so 50% tint over the 75% stock is 37.5%. Most locales allow a maximum total of 35% on the rear windows, most don't allow any on the front or windshield.

I did the windshield and 20% on the sides and back. It's too dark. I'm going to do 35% on the sides and back from now on.

This is my Subaru with 35% all around. It's better for visibility.

35 all around is the sensible choice, you won't regret.

If he tints the front windshield they'll have him take it off no matter what %, plus he didn't mention whether he cares about darkness or not, he asked what looks best, imo the darker the tint is the better it looks

If you're tinting your windows, I'd advise to go for a ceramic tint, as it'll save you a lot of money on gas, especially in warmer areas, since you the higher IRR will induce lower inside temperature, and as such, those savings will offset the extra cost

I followed all Louisiana laws and am very happy with my tinting. Got all four doors and back window done. Went a little lighter on the front windows then needed and am happy with that choice. Obviously different for front versus back. For me it was less about the tinting in the context of a darkened look but about keeping the car cool in the 100 plus days of our long summer. So I went with the ceramic tinting or window coating. Definitely more expensive then regular tinting, but holy smokes what a difference that makes. When I park all I have to do is put up my front shade and crack the window and then when I get in after work it is actually pleasant. Car says 110 and I'm not actually burning myself. Plus the car no longer feels like a sauna when I get in. Good luck.

just follow your states tint laws and move on. I played the game for years with 5% all around on my old car in the northeast btw. Yea its nice but in the end it all catch up to you when it comes to inspection time. Forget about it stations won't play ball then your driving out to the sticks to find a scketchy place that will pass yah. Just not worth the headache also the rules changed up here a few years ago they take pictures now you go into a database etc etc its really not worth the hassel. But to each there own if you want to make it as dark as possible go right ahead your car after all. But as the old saying goes you got to pay to play.

My car is Glacier Metallic Silver with black dakota leather.
Before I got her tinted it was soo hot in the car in the summer even with the AC blasting, I would feel cool, body temperature wise but on my skin I felt like I was getting a sun tan on my arms if that makes sense. I blame it on the long windows of the f32. I got 35% in the early winter (front and back) and its been great so far, not too dark at night and I dont look like a drug dealer but practical enough for the sun and privacy. *it still gets decently hot when I park the car at my office in the summer but thats because im not using a sunshield on the front windshield.

I got ceramic all around including front windshield and sunroof. Front clear, front 2 windows and sunroof at 30%, rear windows and rear windshield at 20%. Just perfect for my taste.

I went 20% ceramic all around except for the front. No regrets. I also have a black headliner.
