If you have another Mac with CD/DVD ROM drive attached within the network, you can "share" the drive with your iMac.

Or buy external USB CD/DVD ROM drive. $20 from most major retailers. Or step up for a BluRay drive, if you're baller.

I actually bought it for video editing purposes. But other than that its complicated and is a pain in the ass to use. Plus its just a ginormous monitor and was pretty cheap!!

But then I realized what a douche I looked like with my phone, ipad, and now this thing LOL. My video is up.

Here is my thread http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...light=autoclub on m3post: my gopro worked fine. If yours is the Hero 3 you need to download the latest software and install on the memory card.

I'll post what I got, but it's not much and the view is so-so in the front (the reflection sux cuz I got front window tint). Also, it looks so slow. I have Hero 3 White, so it's very buggy even with the new software (mostly fixes black).

You need to turn on spot metering because of the sun. Its the square with a dot in the middle. Turn that on when shooting from inside the car and looking into sunlight

This should be a good time.

Stopped by Sube Sports today and picked up a new Bell M4 helmet, debating on getting a different shield for it and need new gloves since I seem to have lost my Sparco ones and maybe some new driving shoes since my Adidas are pretty beat. If anyone has the hookup, lemme know! LOL

Crossing my fingers that my suspension will be here before the event.

I'm running RFTs on 19" 403Ms so we might be about even. I've never driven a HPDE before either. Going as a full out beginner. My only track experience has been "amateur" drifting Willow Springs Balcony and Buttonwillow.

I for one recommend against spending money on suspension, tires, gloves, etc...for your first event. With absolute certainty, the car will not be holding you back at all. Once you have moved from the beginner groups and are starting to really use 100% of the car, then you should think about making modifications. Just bring it as-is and enjoy.
