BM3 Question....
Quick question for BM3 people.
1. I have a 2016 328i with mods below, I assume when I purchase it I would want the OTS Stage 2, 93 octane tune. That being said what does the car do in Eco Pro, Comfort, sport and sport+? Do I have to BM3 tune in all modes or does comfort give me stock tune. I would be taking the Dinan Tune off. Will do a GFB DV+ before this too.... Thanks

I have a 15 435i and flashed BM3 stage 1. You only do it once. It basically remaps the computer so all driving modes see a gain. Eco pro not sure if it did anything though.

As Randy said, you do it only once, it's independent of driving modes. To be more precise, there's a different tables/maps for different modes, for example Boost, Throttle "response" etc... but all modes are affected, there's no stock anymore Until you flash the stock map of course.
p.s I did noticed change in Eco mode, especially with throttle response, but that might be different depending on engine/WG type etc.. |

Ok thanks for the quick responses. I was used to the piggy back operation of the dinatronics and it goes to stock at comfort but in sport and sport + it goes to what you have danatronics set at. I never use eco pro so what ever it does there is fine!

You can make some driving mode specific changes in the settings part of the app. I made burbles very very not aggressive in comfort and made it a little more burbly in sport mode.
