Speaky interior grab handles

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix squeaky interior grab handles (aka oh shit bar). The passenger one started squeaking and I'm not sure if there is a right way of fixing it.

My F32 440i doesn't have them.... much to my wife's displeasure.

I had one, never used it, put a sunglass holder in its place. A squeak probably would be fixed with a spritz of silicone lube.
