2018 x3 to 2015 x5

It's an 2018 x3 and 2015 x5 question, but someone has to know more wheels and tires? And this group seems to be the most helpful!

Does anybody know if these 2018 x3 19" rims will fit on the f15 2015 x5? I have current 19" wheels and would like to take my tires off to be mounted on these x3 wheels. Your knowledge is much appreciated.

2018 x3 uses the new 5x112 bolt pattern while the 2015 uses 5x120. The switch happened with G chassis BMWs
