Part number for Overflow hose clip.
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com I've searched everywhere but can't find this part. I even ordered a 3-pack of clips from Amazon and Ebay. But in these packs even the smallest clip is too big. Does anyone know the part number or where I can get this clip from? |

Are you talking about this: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...p/17127609160/
When in doubt, try https://www.realoem.com/ with your VIN. |

I'm talking about the spring clip that holds the tubing onto the hose, if that makes sense. i bought some that came in a three pack. In the pack there was small, medium, and large sizes, but the small size was still too large. I can't seem to find a part number for the one that fits this hose.

I don't think that's it. I've looked and never been able to find these clips separately. I'd like to get a little box, a handful of them to have around. Sometimes they go flying and get lost deep in the car. I can't find part numbers for the clips. AutoZone didn't know anything about them.
Also just to clarify as there's a lot of misinformation on this, but the right way to install those hoses is with the clip down in first. And you shove the hose on and the clip makes a nice loud click. You do not push the hose on and then push the clip down into it second that's wrong. You shove the hose on hard with the clip already sitting down in and it locks in real nice. Hopefully someone knows how to get just the clips. There's a bunch of different sizes. I think though they might only sell them with the hoses which would be really dumb. There has to be a way to get them but I can't find it. |
