B48 430i beeping sounds

Hi

Has anyone come across this issue before? My car has developed this beeping noise on a cold start and it stays on even when it has reached normal temperature

It's a 2017 67plate 430i with the B48 engine with 27k miles

It's been diagnosed in ista and no fault errors stored

I've seen a few posts with the same noise, no explanation yet as to what it is.

I have figured out what I'm infamous beeping noise is. I have a 2017 330i B46 and my car was making the exact same noise. It got worse over time. I took it to get inspected multiple times and nothing was found. After time it got worse and I took it again to an Indy shop and they told me it was the Valve Cover / PCV System. Quoted me $1200 with labor and parts. I realized that was covered under SULEV Warranty but I also had BM3 which technically voids it. I flashed back to stock, locked the DME & took it into BMW. The tech was also able to hear the noise and I left with a loaner hoping they warranty the part. They also determined it was coming from the Valve Cover and didn't mention my car being flashed. Gave me my warranty and now I am waiting to get my car back from them.

Repaced pcv valve solve iissue?

Actuator, VANOS , got mines fixed and the culprit was the vanos actuator on the exhaust camshaft side
