Ecopro. What's your highest figures?

I know a lot have compared journeys using Ecopro Vs comfort & sport and have sort of proven that there's not much difference if you drive economically.
Just thought I'd start a little thread to see what figures of fuel saving the rest of you guys have managed to get yours to as I'm sure you've all at some point tried this out yourselves.
I've managed to get mine to +133 with a mix of driving on motorway, town and rural roads which I'm a bit sceptical about considering +50 miles came from a 100 mile journey directly after filling up.
Makes me question how that could even be possible to save half the fuel you would have used just because you are driving economically in Ecopro mode.
Even managing on another tank to gain +5.1 miles on an 8 mile journey because I'd been seeing how far I could get it by taking as much advantage of the car coasting as I could (mix of 60 & 30 zones).
Anyways let's see what sort of figures you guys have managed to achieve and if any of you are as bad as myself when it comes to playing little games like this whilst driving to try and amuse yourself

Yeah it turns the car into a bit of a wet sponge but as id seen the figure go up I thought I'd give it a little go at seeing what I could get it to lol

I bought a 440i, not a 1.0 fiesta.
In the giant scheme of things, it really is not going to make a financial difference. Not one jot.

Never got my ecopro above +35 or so, but did snap this recently.

603 miles on a single tank, with about 30miles showing as remaining which I think average about 51mpg.

Not about the financial side of it, more to see if anyone else has done this purely just to amuse themselves.
Maybe a thread of let's see who can get the lowest mpg figures would have been better fitting

Having not long got my 440 i decided to run it for a month on EcoPro only and i averaged 28 mpg , last month i ran it in the default comfort mode and averaged 27 mpg on the exact same monthly routes so not worth it . On the motorway and in EP i can get 48 which is fine by me.

By comparison my previous (economic) diesel car managed 19 / 38 driving the same monthly route.

Totally agree with you on that it's a waste of time and probably one of the reasons I drive about a lot of the time in sport+ and gear stick hit to the left.
I the same as most never bought the car for economy or I'd have been better with a 318d.
I guess I'm the only one who does little things like this to keep myself amused and see what it was all about lol

Anyone and in virtually any car can get great MPG with a fully warm engine in the 50mph stretches of the motorway. That’s not really what people buy a BMW for.

I have driven in eco pro on a couple of short occasions and to me it’s like buying a fast car and purposely making it slower and less driveable. Just can’t see the point in it for perhaps an extra couple of MPG.

It's a scientific fact that remaps and bigger intercooler does indeed reduce Global warming..or is it cooling? I don't remember anyway it's on the Trump website so must be correct... right folks?

Used it once in the uk, thought my car was broken. Tried it again recently when descending some roads in the alps. Initially impressed with the coasting and then thought what's the point, I might as well walk, back into sport and enjoying myself again.
