I don't know about residual or MF. I can say that the Nov credits have carried over. $750 option credit and $750 holiday adder (previously termed novemberfest adder). I just picked up my 340 last night so I'm kinda hoping residual and MF are not much different but for everyone else's sake it would be nice if they got better.

Residual is same 62%....

Waiting on money factor, my suspicion is it's the same.

Residual is 62% for 10,000 or 12,000 miles?
What was the money factor in November? .00131?

What is % of MSRP looking like for 340i? Does 8% plus 1500 credits sound about right?

No, 8% is a bit high, I would shoot for 6.5-7% before incentives. I just locked in an invoice deal, I'm so excited!

I would target 500-750 over invoice before any incentives.

Err....isn't 8% off MSRP a better deal than 6.5-7%?

It's possible to shoot for invoice before incentives these days

Agreed. Based on posts it seems variable by region but I got invoice on my 340 before any credits. I had UDE plus November option credit and adder so in the end I was essentially $2500 below invoice.

Would anyone happen to know all the fees that apply at lease signing? I'm trying to draft a complete offer and see where I stand on a monthly payment and also want to make sure I have all the fees due at signing covered. So far I have:

1. First month's payment
2. Security Deposit
3. Doc fees ~$100
4. NJ TTL ~200
5. Lease acquisition: $925
6. Possible Regional (MACO) Fee: ~500

Am I missing anything or does this seem pretty accurate? May take the plunge this month, although I'm a little disappointed that the lease programs didn't get any better from last month (although still pretty good).

Same here. I used the $1500 nov credits and asked them to pull forward the $1000 for the drive event I was scheduled to attend on 12/4. So, $2500 below invoice (give or take a couple hundred bucks).

I love the stacked promos. Good time for a deal.

And if you work for a large company please go onto your benefits page and see if your employer participates in BMW's Fleet program. You get another $1500 off and a .00020mf reduction from negotiated rates.

I ended up with 7.8% off MSRP plus $4,000 in credits and a .00111mf on a 2016 340i ordered in November.

In the works right now on a similar deal... $3,250 in credits and a .00062 mf on a 2016 340i, my payments are lower than some friends base 328i lol... EXCELLENT!

I'm assuming u got the same credits as I did but you got the $750 novemberfest adder cause ur care was either delivered or was a lot car. I'm missing out on $750 since my car will be delivered later.

I'm assuming you didn't do multiple security deposits either?

Neither. My dealer gave me both $750 promos when I ordered. I ordered the car on Nov 2 but their rate lock is only good for 60 days. My car is scheduled to be delivered in early Jan so I had to "re-run" my credit on Dec 2 to make sure I get another 60 day lock.

How did you get a .00062mf? That's an awesome deal and like a $40 per month difference. Please tell!!!

I got -
$750 Option Credit
$750 Happier Holiday Credit (previously Novemberfest)
$1000 Ultimate Drive Event at CitiField
$1500 Fleet Credit + .00020mf reduction (.000181-.00020 = .000111mf)

Ah, got it... MSD makes the difference. I do the $0 down deal, just inceptions.

My CA didn't seem to worry about losing any of the credits with a Jan delivery. He had the concern with the Novermber promo but not the December promo.

Probably. My CA is always a straight shooter. I tell him what car I want with what options and he gives me a figure of "I'll give you X off MSRP" - then we use that X off MSRP through the whole process, credits and incentives aside. Same with the money factor - I ask up front what mf he's using and in my case the Fleet discount brought it down further. He's actually really cool about it saying "I'll give you whatever you're eligible for, it's BMW money not dealer money so who cares"
