I have a 2014 328D with S431A from the factory.....I wanted to add homelink, so purchased 9305633 on Ebay.

I swapped out my mirror with homelink version. Homelink programmed and the compass works (i did change the zone form 8 to 11).

When I plug into ISTA+ it gives FEM errors....invalid mirror and a homelink mirror error.....can anyone point me in the right direction to make the changes to get rid of these errors

I have Rheingold and ISTA/D working, as well as Bimmercode.

It is throwing:

D90D25 interior rear-view mirror: incorrect variant fitted

and

D90D2D garage door opener: unexpected LIN-slave

Any ideas where to start with this?

I did the same change and have the same error, they say in retrofit post its a plug and play, but its not the case. Something has to be coded, but haven't figured out what it is
