Latest release is Europe ROUTE 2022-1. I think Poland is in East version though.

My mistake - I know it's Latest release is Europe ROUTE 2022-1
but I had doubts if I can install Road Map EUROPE WEST Route 2022-1 in my car.
Now I know I can

You can install East or West, your choice.
