BMW 435i fbo stage 2+
so guys i recently got my water pump replaced with the thermostat. so today i took it for quick spin and parked it all day long. i got in it few hours ago and drove away... after 10 mins i noticed that the oil temperature is still on 160F, got to my destination parked the car i turned it off and on than the check engine light popped. put the scanner on and got these fault codes: - DME active codes - 1D2008 - Map thermostat: clamped open. - DME shadow (inactive) codes - 10AA30 - Coolant temperature sensor: Multiple fault. 1FBD08 - Driving readiness: MSA deactivation request from BDC. cleared the DME codes and nothing reappeared temperature got back to normal and left it running for 10 mins... scanned it again for fault codes and got this one: 1FBD08 - Driving readiness: MSA deactivation request from BDC. any idea what this could be ? |

MSA is the auto start stop system. Totally normal code.
Just means you've pressed the button to disable it. |
