Looking to buy HRE FF04, what size do you recommend?

I'm trying to buy the new style and need help with fitment for 20s.

Purchased direct from HRE.

-f30 355i xdrive
-Brembo BBK front/rear
-dinan Springs (20mm)

I was an early adopter of the HRE-FF01, and had to use E90 m3 offsets...
20x8.5 +30mm
20x10 +40mm

I had to shave the rear wheels and run 265/30/20 which look too stretched for my tastes(275/30/20 rubbed). I want to avoid that situation again.

Is this the recommended sizing now that several offsets/widths are manufactured?
maybe..
20x8.5 +30
20x9.5 +42

I don't want the stretched look or have my rear wheels shooting out the side. Are 19s even an option with the BBK?

the 19's offsets are too low so you'll have to do the 20's

235/35/20

New here, but really liked these wheels when I saw them. So searched and came to this thread.

I am really interested in a square setup, I see that they now offer 19x9.5 et45. Does that work on both the front and back? I have a set of BBS RGR for my e46m that the fronts are 19x8.5 et32, and I tried those on the front and rear of the 340 and they pushed right out to the edge of the fenders.

Im really interested in doing the 19x9.5 so I can run 265 square, that would definitely help with this cars tendency to understeer...then I just need an LSD...

I think to do 19x9.5 squared you'd need +35 offset and 255/35 tires.

You can hit up @Slicer on the forums he runs 19x9.5s squared lowered on h&r springs with no rubbing with those specs

But if a 19x9.5 et35 works in the front, then you could run a et45 wheel of the same size with a 10mm spacer. That would make it the same thing. 45mm back spacing with 9.5" width wheels do work in the back it looks like.
